It appears we are now caught in a nationwide USCIS audit. They won’t be sending any I-600’s to NVC until after January 5. So even if we got approval (which I don’t know if we did or not) it will continue to sit on someone’s desk (because 80 days JUST WASN’T ENOUGH!) until after the 5th.
Yeah, that’s right, our government isn’t happy just making us wait 90 days for our approval, they want to KICK US WHILE WE ARE DOWN TOO! THANKS!
No words can describe how I am feeling, other than completely and utterly in shock.
UPDATE: We DO have approval!!!

Thinking of you during this time!! Praying like crazy for your family! I just can not believe it, how did you find this out? I am so so sad for this. UGH!!

What in the world is going on??!! So you have approval but nothing will be done until after the 5th? I do not understand. Its just not fair and I am so, so, sorry my friend. If there is anything I can do please let me know.
