Only 1 more day until we leave for the Land of the Morning Calm. I hope it works, I am feeling anything but calm atm. I have had a very surreal week. I always pictured myself leaving at a moments notice when we got the travel call. Here I am almost 2 weeks later, finally leaving. It has been frustrating and rewarding at the same time. I was able to say goodbye to my co-workers and customers. I was able to get the car seat installed! and my house is cleaner than it has been in a long time. However, my heart and mind have been in Korea since August 4.
I will, of course, worry about my kitties here at home while I am gone. Though I know ST and Bman’s will take good care of them. I hate leaving them for long periods of time. I am sure they won’t understand why we were gone so long, and then we bring this THING home with us! Hopefully our transition will be smoooooth sailing.
Just a bit more packing to do, a few things to pick up at the store and we are ready to go. Let’s hope Monday goes faster than Sunday did!
